Step 01: Confirm your appointment is telehealth
When scheduling, let our team know you prefer a telehealth visit. You will receive a confirmation email with your video link 24 hours before your appointment.
Step 02: Test your technology in advance
You will need a device with a working camera and microphone — a smartphone, tablet, or computer all work. Test your camera and sound before your appointment time.
Step 03: Find a private, quiet space
Choose a location where you feel comfortable speaking openly. Good lighting and a stable internet connection will improve the quality of your visit.
Step 04: Join your appointment on time
Click the link in your confirmation email to join. Log in 5 minutes early. If you experience technical difficulties, call our office and we will assist you.
Telehealth visits are available for most psychiatric and sleep medicine services. TMS, Spravato, and in-office procedures require an in-person visit. Not sure if your appointment qualifies? Call us.
